New Order - Music Complete. Cracking return to form, similar feel to 'Technique' and all the better for making this without Hooky
Aphex Twin - Syro. Bit more accessible than his usual stuff although the ambient-electro madness is still there
Gaz Coombes - Matador. A real grower, classy.

Most published end of year lists I've seen have an interchangeable top 3 of:
Kendrick Lamar - To Pimp A Butterfly
Grimes - Art Angel
Jamie XX - In Colour
The fact that these three rarely occur in this thread speaks more about the members of WHO than it does the lists or the albums.
FWIW, I'd go with Grimes and Jamie XX, with an honorary mention for:
Joanna Newsom - Divers
Courtney Barnett - Sometimes I sit...
Sufjan Stevens - Carrie and Lowell
